When you feel increasingly stuck or overwhelmed and reach the point that your own coping and the support of your family and friends are not enough, you can ask for help from someone like me. Attempting to process thoughts and feelings about a relationship, a move, a loss, health issues or work stress can often be difficult - especially when current experiences are triggering unresolved issues of the past.

You don't need to go through this alone.  Together we can address your issues in a safe environment while engaging in a process of deeper growth and healing.

Letting go of feelings and beliefs that no longer serve you, developing clarity, connecting the dots and gaining insight is an exciting, stimulating, challenging and inspiring journey.

My years as a therapist have taught me to trust the process.  I realize that one size does not fit all and work in ways that are specific and resonant for you.

When you're able to share what you have been holding and allow it into the light, the healing has begun because now there are two people giving it conscious attention.

I am eclectic in treatment approach, ranging from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to Family Systems and Transpersonal Therapy.

"It's never too late to turn on the light.  Your ability to break an unhealthy habit or turn off an old tape doesn't depend on how long it's been running; a shift in perspective doesn't depend on how long you've held the old view.  When you flip the switch in that attic, it doesn't matter whether it's been dark for ten minutes, ten years, or ten decades.  The light still illuminates the room and banishes the murkiness, letting you see things you couldn't see before.  It's never too late to take a moment to look."
