ABOUT ME

I have had a wide variety of careers and experiences that have contributed to my awareness as well as my ease with clients from diverse cultures, religions, gender identities and socio-economic backgrounds.  I am a graduate of UC Berkeley.  I taught English and Ethnic Studies at UC Berkeley, UCLA and Cal State University Long Beach.  I worked in the non-profit sector as a supervisor, program coordinator and director.  I’ve enjoyed a successful full time psychotherapy practice for over two decades.

I have always been interested in personal growth, spirituality, healing on all levels and alternative ways of knowing.  I bring all of my work experience, my own personal growth and especially all that I have had the privilege to learn from clients to our sessions.
